Swollen lymph nodes are a sign of inflammation, a sign that your body is fighting something. One suggestion would be to find someone certified in Manual Lymph drainage or Lymphatic Drainage therapy and have sessions to help build your immune system. Another suggestion would be to find a BodyTalk practitioner. The protocol covers lymph drainage and all types of inflammation. It will help to bring your body back in balance. once of month i have serious swollen lymph nodes under my right arm pit. what is the cause of this. i no longer have a monthly cycle. that stopped a year ago. it feel as if it's inflammed. i need help.

Lifetime allergies completely gone after 6 treatments. Two years ago my life was miserable. I was allergic to 72% of things in the environment and my diet was very limited.
